Every delivered image is measured pixel by pixel against the original photo. The difference map marks in red what the AI changed and computes the share for ceiling, walls and window zone. Furniture may be red, room structure may not; if a zone exceeds 20 %, the image is restaged instead of shipped. The map sits next to every image in your delivery folder, the proof page sums it up per listing. That is what separates us from any prompt and from staging services that only promise "satisfied or your money back".

If a portal, MLS, Airbnb or Booking rejects an image we delivered because of the AI edit, we fix it free or refund the image price, capped at the order value. You forward the rejection, nothing more. Not covered: images where you removed the disclosure or did not publish the original alongside, because that is exactly what the rules require.

You can get a pretty picture that way, and we tested it: the same empty room with a one-line prompt. What you do not get is what a buyer or your MLS will notice later. In our test the window zone was changed in a quarter of its pixels, one variant put the sofa in front of the window, every run came out in a different style, the file was 2,048 px wide, and there was no disclosure, no original and no delivery note. We check every image against the original (geometry, nothing removed, nothing blocked), keep one style across all your rooms, deliver at least the original size, label the image and the metadata, and ship the original next to it. Plus 360 tours and walkthrough clips, which no prompt does. You can see both difference maps in the Proof section above. If you enjoy doing that yourself, you do not need us.

Yes. Every staged image carries the text "Virtually Staged. Some elements have been digitally added." on the image and in the EXIF description, and you receive the unaltered original to publish alongside. That covers California AB 723, CRMLS rule 11.5(c) and the MLS guidelines we track. Your delivery note names what you must keep visible.

Anything that adds or removes something from the room: staging, renovation previews, sky replacement, item removal. Pure enhancement (exposure, verticals, colour) is not labelled, because nothing in the room changed.

They stay. We will not remove cracks, stains, mould or damage, with or without a label. If a photo only works by hiding a defect, we tell you and stage a different angle.

Whatever you have: phone photos, a photographer's set, Matterport exports. Long edge 2,500 px or more is ideal; smaller works. One photo per room from the doorway corner with the window in frame gives the best staging.

Yes. A second style for the same rooms costs 50 % of the pack. The first style is chosen with you from five presets: Scandinavian, modern contemporary, warm minimal, transitional, Japandi.

You do, for all listing and marketing use of the property. We keep the right to show anonymised before/after pairs only if you agree in writing.

Yes. Export the panoramas as 2:1 equirectangular images (8,192 px wide or more) from Matterport, Ricoh Theta or Insta360 and send them like photos. The Tour Pack is on request while we finish testing two-view rooms.
